  • Minimum aging time
    • : time to make internal & atmosphere pressure same and molding possible.
  • Maximum aging time
    • : time to make residual blowing agent content in expanded beads decreased and poor fusion occur
  • Optimum aging time
    • : time to make internal & atmosphere pressure same , molding good, residual blowing agent content proper, cycle time in molding shorten and fusion good.
  • Aging time in 2nd expansion
    • 2nd expansion in 2~4 hrs after 1st expansion
(It is desirable to mold in 2~4 hrs after 2nd expansion)
